Privacy policy
Who we are
Fighter Dynasty is a game made by Sancar Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). We decide how the information in this policy is used, which makes us the data controller under UK and EU data protection law. For any privacy question or request, email info@sancarmedia.com.
This policy covers the Fighter Dynasty apps for iPhone and Android and the website at fighterdynastygame.com.
The short version
- You can play Fighter Career and Quick Fight with no account. Those saves stay on your device.
- Signing in with Google or Apple is optional. It is only needed for Fight Online and the Hall of Fame.
- We never receive your password, and we do not store your email address.
- The apps show ads from Google AdMob and AppLovin. The website shows no ads.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- You can delete your account, and everything linked to it, from inside the game at any time.
Game saves on your device
Your careers, Quick Fight picks, settings and tutorial progress are stored in your device's local storage. They never leave your device unless you sign in and finish a career (see Hall of Fame below). Deleting the app, or clearing the website's data in your browser, deletes them.
Signing in
When you choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, Google or Apple sends us a signed sign-in token. From it we keep only:
- the account identifier that Google or Apple gives the game (a random string, unique to you and this game), so we recognise you next time;
- your first name, if the provider shares it, which we suggest as your name on the rankings. You can change it.
The token may also contain your email address. We do not store it or use it. We never see your Google or Apple password. We then give your device a session token so you stay signed in.
Fight Online
When you are signed in we store, against your account:
- the name you choose for the rankings, your country, and your online fighter's look, style and stance;
- your friend code, your friends list, friend requests and fight invites;
- your rating, win and loss record, finishes, weekly points and fight results (opponent, result, method, round and time);
- when you were last online, so friends can see who is about.
During a live fight, the moves you and your opponent make pass through our server in real time so both phones show the same fight. They are not recorded. Only the result is kept.
Other players can see your rankings name, country, fighter, rating, record and whether you are online, on the rankings, in friends lists, on your player card and in fights.
Hall of Fame
When you are signed in and a Fighter Career ends, we store a summary of it: your career fighter's name and country, pro record, finishes, titles and defences, retirement age, weight class and the legacy score worked out from them. If you finish a career while signed out, the summary waits on your device and is sent the next time you sign in. Careers in progress never leave your device.
Your best career and the number of careers you finished appear on the public Hall of Fame boards (weekly, season and all time) and on your player card.
Notifications
The apps only ask to send notifications after you sign in, and you can say no. If you allow them, your phone gives us a notification token from Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service, which reaches iPhones through Apple's push service). We store that token and the type of phone against your account, and use it only to tell you about friend requests, accepted requests, fight invites and your weekly ranking. We never send marketing or ads as notifications.
You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings. Signing out or deleting your account removes the token from our server, and tokens that go unused for 270 days are deleted automatically.
Ads in the apps
The iOS and Android apps are free and show ads from Google AdMob. AppLovin also bids to show ads through AdMob. To choose, show and measure ads, and to prevent ad fraud, these companies may collect your device's advertising identifier, your IP address (from which they estimate a rough location), information about your device, and which ads you see and tap.
- In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are used. You can change your choice at any time from Ad privacy options on the home screen.
- In US states with privacy laws, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for ads from the same place.
- On iPhone, the app asks whether it may track you. If you say no, your advertising identifier is not shared.
- You can also reset your advertising identifier in your phone's settings.

The website at fighterdynastygame.com shows no ads and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your game saves in your browser's local storage, which is how the game works.
Purchases
Remove Ads is a yearly subscription sold by Apple or Google. They take the payment, so we never see your card or payment details. The app only learns whether your subscription is active.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the online servers and the database that holds account, Fight Online and Hall of Fame data.
- Google provides Google sign-in, Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, AdMob ads, and Google Play purchases.
- Apple provides Sign in with Apple, push delivery to iPhones and App Store purchases.
- AppLovin bids to show ads in the apps through AdMob.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Our legal reasons
- To provide what you asked for (contract): your account, Fight Online, friends, rankings, the Hall of Fame and notifications you turned on.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the game secure, stopping cheating and abuse, and fixing problems.
- Consent: personalised ads and tracking where the law requires consent, and notifications. You can withdraw consent at any time as described above.
Where your data is held
Our providers run services in many countries, including the United States. When personal data leaves the UK or EEA, it is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as the UK-US Data Bridge, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Account, Fight Online and Hall of Fame data: for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed from our database straight away and from our backups within 30 days.
- Notification tokens: until you sign out, delete your account, or the token goes unused for 270 days.
- Emails you send us: as long as we need to answer you, and no longer than two years.
- Saves on your device: until you delete the app or clear the website data.
Deleting your account
Tap your name at the top of the home screen to open your player card and choose Delete account, or open Fight Online, Profile, Delete account. This deletes your fighter, name, friend code, friends, requests, invites, rating, record, weekly points, Hall of Fame careers and notification tokens. In other players' fight history your name is replaced with "Deleted fighter", so their records still add up. You can also email us: see Delete your account.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent. Email info@sancarmedia.com from or naming the account you used, and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
Fighter Dynasty is made for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Everything between the game and our servers travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Sessions are signed so they cannot be forged, and only the people who run the game can reach the database.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
